Hi Guys - I'm in a bit a funny situation, currently living in a serviced a friend that is willing to move in for the last month and cleared it with the management company however the problem is my friend needs a rental receipt. the Management company can only provide a receipt in my name not hers.
Can I personally issue her a receipt, what are the implications of this?
