I hope this is the right forum to be posting in... it is a work-oriented issue technically... I'm not sure how it works overseas but how is publishing done in HK? And are there publishers in the SAR who are ABLE to cater to foreign authors? I have heard of American writers finding success overseas when their blood, sweat and tears just finds itself in the slush pile.
