Hi!
Moving to HK with my husband who will be working for a US company. We were thinking of starting a family within the first year of arrival.
Questions we have are:

Would it be easy for a female to feel welcome with a small child?

1. Is the medical system good to have babies there?
2. Is it easy for women to have kids there ie. are there other expat families there with young families?
3. Is it a safe and friendly place to have a baby
4. Is it children friendly?
5. Are their baby services available?
