Does anyone know of any Singaporean restaurants and/or places that sell "bo piau", which is like a non-fried spring roll that they sell at hawker stands in Singapore?

yes, that is what i mean. i have seen it spelled several ways, so apologies if i chose the wrong spelling. but yes please, would love to find someplace in hk that sells this.
