how about the strips of malls in tsuen wan. there's this one particular store that's supposedly the cheapest in KLN. u see hoards of girls going through everything at any given time and buy stuff by the dozens. i havent bought anything from there before though, not my style. the shoe stores next to it are pretty cheap too, but the stench of the PVC really gets to me.

also there is alliance mall in prince edward. you'll find alot of high school mall rats there.

id say this is the best place for the style youre after over the clothes you get on johnston in wanchai, fa yuen in mk and island beverly in cwb.
