A lot of money for a start!

Vans and equipment don't come cheap and thats even before you begin the advertising and hiring of staff!

Oh and as most restaraunts open very long hours you're going to have to be prepared to clean kitchens at godawful hours so as to not impact on there business.

A friend of mine in U.K has just set one up.

Basics are you're going to need some very high powered jet washers to try and blast away the grime and grease off the floors and walls.

Heavy duty boots/Thick rubber gloves/protective clothing/ladders

Bleach/detergents etc etc and thats just for the basics.

Including van and equipment don't expect much change from a $120000 hk!

Setting up a company won't be much maybe a few thousand if you buy an off the shelf company from an accountant etc.

Got the money to buy the stuff, got the contacts to work for , for another six months without break if wanted too. Just haven't got a clue to open a company and things needed, beside van.
