| you could try clear water bay which is 35 mins by mtr, 20-25 minutes by cab/car, more spacious apartments and houses and cheaper more value for money, very scenic, fresh air convenient to get around anywhere in hkg, good schools esf and all we have a 2 storey house, 3 bed, with a roof top overlooking the bay and we're paying 23k u can get the same for about 15k depending on location and view we have a full view of the bay.....close to 2-3 exotic beaches, we were looking at db too but found traveling to work quite cumbersome and many people advised us about the typhoon season then it becomes a problem but not sure, just though id give you my idea of cwb, its nice more sceninc and beautiful than db |
