Also, talk to someone who has been doing Tai Chi a long time, the one and only Big White Guy. His website is bigwhiteguy.com and he actually wrote an article in BC about this very topic. Email him, say Phil from Flying chair sent you (should speed his response) and he will almost certainly be able to help you out.
