possible?
I am a US citizen and wonding if it is possible to obtain a dependent visa permit if I have relatives in HK (not parents, but aunt)?

No, because you're not dependant on them for your existance.

A dependant is classified as someone who is well .... under 18, a direct relative (i.e. son, spouse or parents) and should have some dependancy....
