Renting - what is realistic

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to rent a decent apartment (say a large one bedroom / fairly modern) in Happy Valley for 25,000 - 30,000 per month?

Potentially moving to HKG in November but curious to know how much rental will really cost me.

Thanks!

25-30K is pretty generous for a one bedroom.

Take a look at www.centanet.com or gohome.com.hk to get an idea of whats available in that price range, in Happy Valley.
