Good day Everyone,

There is a 30 day registration period for HK Identification Card upon my wife's arrival in September 2006. My question is:

a. Once she have book and gone to have her registration in September how long is the issuance of the HK ID card?

b. Can her Sister-in-law in HK be authorize to pick up her HKID.

About two weeks, and yes, certainly if her sister-in-law is a HKID card holder herself (not absolutely sure otherwise).
