Clarification
In case you're wondering why this thread covers only the Germany and England matches and not the others ... after watching 20 live matches at Skidz I have concluded that it is no problem to find enough empty seats for the 3 a.m. matches unless either of the above mentioned teams play at 3 a.m. Therefore, I do not ask people to formally sign-up for Italy vs. Ukraine or France vs. Brazil. However, some of us will stay for the late matches as we have always done during WorldCup week-ends so far. If you are only interested in the late games, you're welcome to join us without signing up first ... Directions can be found earlier in the thread and the table reservation is in my name: 'Axel'.

greenietea, yes, you can join us. This puts us close to the limit of available seats (assuming everyone shows up). Anyone else thinking of joining us at Skitz tonight, be prepared to stand (although if it gets as crowded as for the last Germany game, we will probably all end up standing on our seats ...)

Oh yes, I forgot to mention that we have our usual table at the far end of the room facing the plasma TV. The staff will probably show you but just in case ... best way to get there is to walk towards the giant 150 inch screen and when you reach it, turn left and then at the end, turn left again ...

Hey guys!!

Well this post saved my vacation as I leave from Norway to HK between the Quarterfinals and the Semis. I Hope I find Skidz and can have a couple of beers watching the matches with you guys, but I really should - taking the directions earlier in this post into account. One less thing to worry about, since it's my first stay in HK!!
