| Bike riding for Primary children I'm flat hunting on HK Island but am hoping for a flat or access to a park that allows bike riding for primary aged children. I have heard it is not allowed in Victoria Park. Can anyone tell me if that is correct? Thanks for any ideas/advice.  |
