We live in the Eastern side of Hong Kong Island. As we didn't subscribe Cable TV, does anyone know where the best place is to watch the World Cup? Or even in Wanchai or LKF?

Are there any French around in these forums who are going to watch the French games? Where would you be gathering as my bf is French...

We are watching (at least) the first match of every night this week at Skidz in WanChai ---> Information about: World Cup Outings through June 20

We have nothing organized for the France matches though, two of them are only at 3a.m. and the one against Switzerland at midnight tomorrow.

if you can get there early Spot Bar in Soho is a pretty decent place to go with few friends, you might wanna go there if you dont like noise, noise level is low compared to other places because the place itself is relatively small.

Hong Kong Brewing Company and Bulldogs are the 2 I went to at LKF. For a different experience, try watching the game at a mall - I believe Malls at Diamond Hill, Kwun Tong and Olympic Station are showing all games.
