I was thinking more of caviar, Krug, AV on demand, a flat bed, duvet, pyjamas, and all the other stuff... I'm happy to pay extra for that.

you're lucky to be able to afford such luxuries in business/1st class.

for the majority of us who have to travel in cattle class, the bubbly and caviar which costs extra doesn't eliminate the discomfort of the cramped conditions.

also, if i did have the extra $$$, i'd prefer to spend it with friends/family in more charming settings.
