Hi! Could you please tell me how it is done? I have had a few interviews and the potential employers asked what exactly they should do. What forms does the new sponsor need to fill in, how long does it take, etc.? Or is it treated like a new employment visa application?

If you plan to change sponsors it is best to arrange change of sponsorship before your current visa expires. It takes around 4 weeks on average to process and is faster if you do it this way.
