There is a good one at QHC in Princes Building. I had conjunctivitis about 8 months ago and he was very good with checkups and various medicines to solve the problem and excellent follow up.

We have QHC on the company medical plan so not entirely sure of the cost, or unfortunately his name, but think there is only one eye doctor there.

Number is 2523 8166

Dr. Yeung, Room 1006, Melbourne Plaza, 33 Queen Road Central, HK Tel 25233222

I went there with a relative a while ago. He is a very well experienced ophthalmologist, friendly as well. Flaunt in English, I believe, since he get professional qualifications in both US and Australia (according to the certificates hanging on the wall). He charges something like $1200 per consultation (i think), but my relatives stayed there for the whole morning for some testing.
