Does anyone have recommendations on what phone card has the best rates for calling the US?

The best I've seen are .04cents usd sold online.
Are the rates any more different when bought in HK?

Ther's a IDD SIM card--- HKD$0.25/min http://www.peoples.com.hk/p_prepaid_...efault_iso.jsp

Phone Card Rate must cheaper than that SIM card
For best rate card-- Worldwide House, Central(MTR exit B)

There are cards out there which offer HK-US (*) at below HK$0.17/min, with one stage dialling (15xx 1 xxx xxx xxxx , and can be auto-recharged from your credit card), but unfortunately I am not allowed to name them here...

(Because I work for the company that sells them and KIA would disallow that as advertising.)

(*) and at least 24 other countries (fixed line) at the same rate

My mom suggested Dial No Pin which has comparable rates.
I don't think a phone card or SIM card will have any better.

I use Skype. It's euro 0.017 per minute which is HK$0.17, to the US, and that includes US mobiles.

Okay, I am headed slightly off subject, feel free to PM the response. How do you like Skype in HK? We were thinking of doing that when we arrived. Do you Skype in and out or only out?
