bellybabes is on a distinguished road
I think its around 15 to 20 dollars but not too sure. I took it once on a public holiday and it was pretty crowded and loud full of local Hong Kong passengers. Think weekdays might be better.

Any idea what the service is called? My searches keep turning up tour companies.

There are a few companies offering the 24-hour express coaches.

Unfortunately, one of the sites is only in Chinese, and the other one, well, it isn't work as of now:
http://www.eebus.com/
http://www.24hourexpress.com.hk/

They offer the best commute, especially for people living in Kowloon and the Hong Kong Island side. PM me if you have trouble finding more information. I take the express coaches regularly and should be able to get information for you.

And this is their number:
(852)2736 1234/3412 6677
