Hi all

Does anyone knows any website(s) for Registered Trademark Searching for European Union? Most of the websites from search engine apply service charge. Should there be some Government websites provide FREE trademark searching like the ones in Hong Kong, and China?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Shri, thank you so much for your great help. From the website, it appears that it is unnecessary to provide a logo image for registration in Europe. Is that correct?

I'm also wondering... for a Non-registered trademark, is the brand owner entitled to any Royalty fee from the brand users (those who used the brand name on their own products)? Seem to me that some brand owners asked for Royalty Fee while their marks are not yet registered.
