Moving to HK

I am moving to HK on a work visa and getting married to a permanent resident in HK. My question is..would I be able to bring my mother and father to HK permanently? Also, would they be eligble for medical benefits?
Any help would be dandy!!

On a work visa: no.
After getting married to a Permanent Resident (whether taking a Dependent Visa yourself or not): No
On becoming a Permanent Resident yourself (7 years later): Yes - provided that they are aged 60 or above at that time.
