I've been trying for a few months to find a hosted backup MX service but none of the HK ISPs understand what it is. I currently have a co-location in Pacific Supernet, I contacted their Singapore office and they understood and had some forms to detail, but the Hong Kong tech and sales had no clue.



Any one know a provider, or do I have to use a US based one?
