Joy, Skidz' Les Visages room is fully booked for Friday but geoexpat have a guaranteed reservation for 15 people and only 10 have signed up so far. So, of course, you're welcome to join us on Friday for the 'Group of Death' double-header --> we have spare seats available! Directions to Skidz are posted earlier in this thread. Anyone planning to come out for the next three evenings, please post a notice on this thread or send me a PM! During each World Cup night at Skidz so far, we had a number of no-shows and given the relatively lower interest in the next three events, I want to make sure to give management at Skidz more realistic geoexpat attendance figures than I have so far. Thanks.

To avoid mixing up two similar but separate topics, I have started a new thread to survey interest among geoexpats to watch the first two elimination rounds at Skidz or perhaps elsewhere. Quarterdeck Club Kowloon is also interested in playing host to our group.

Last night's party for the second Germany game (3 a.m.) was the best at Skidz so far this week. The place was completely full and that on a week-night (!!!). The 'army' of German fans loudly cheered on their team throughout -> by the end of the game everyone was dancing on the tables. A celebration like they just won the Cup. Paul / Ricky: let's see if the crowd will top it for tonight's England match ...

Anyway, here is my list for Friday night; we still have seats so come on join us! It is another sell-out night with over 100 people there so if you're not on the list below but want to come, please say so on this thread or send me a PM for my contact details:
