First,I want to surf through the property related sites, such as gohome, hongkonghomes and then to make a decision on the spot. By the way, how much is the agent charge - one month or half month rental?
Normally half month's of rent. But you can ask them for 2 weeks free rent or something like that. They'll normally give it to you

My apartment came fully furnished. But most apartments come with a washing machine and a fridge.

and a bath tub? I've seen on the pictures that almost every flat has bath tub,but not a shower cab, because in Guangzhou it's totally vice versa.

I've got a bath tub. And there's a spa within the compound too. Angsana Spa

Can anyone of you guys pass contacts of Midland Realty (Tung Chung branch)? I'm going to come to HK on June 9 to find some flat in Coastal Skyline or Seaview Crescent. I want them to prepare some options for me.

Just walk into the real estate and tell them what you want and in 10 mins, they'll bring you around to view apartments. I just did that yesterday. I'm looking to move into another apartment in Park Island. I saw about 4 apartments yesterday and the weekend before, we saw about 6

Park Island is on an island called Ma Wan. It's about 2 stations away from Tung Chung. But there's no cars on Park Island. There's ferry service to Tsuen Wan and Central. Shuttle buses to Tsingyi, Kwai Fong and Tsuen Wan. It takes 30 mins to get to Central. It's nice. I do like Park Island. It's like living in a resort.

Can you may just forward your outcomes to me aswell, that i can find my way more easily finding a propper place to stay.
I could also consider moving together with someone.
Well rent up to 7k is fine, fully furnished and with clubhouse and stuff will be nice.
