Mei Foo / Kwun Tong
I know most of the gyms are in Central and Tsim Sha Tsui.

Are there any near the Mei Foo or Kwun Tong stations?

There is a Physical in Mei Foo

I haven't been there, but I assume it's not that big.

no it's not a big gym, male changing room is in the otherside, and female changing room is in the gym area.Tsuen wan 's physical gym is bigger than mei foo and nicer too.

hi,
i have signed up with a gym in Telford Club in Kowloon bay. Good and big gym. The gym instrucutor is really good, wont the busan Asian games etc etc.
Costs about 4000 for 15 months membership
