by the way, i heard ppl said that it takes at least five years for a beginner to finish all exam paper...is it true? can i finish only few of them and start to look for work?

It is one the of the toughest courses in the world ..
There are 2-3 minimum levels that you have to complete before you can join a co. who provide actuarial services ... and that too might be as a trainee ..

It does take years to complete, but then its all worth the wait ..
