Many choices, to be sure.

Perhaps a Olympics-style selection process would be a good thing. Every 25 years or so to amortize the facilities. Good for multi-lateralism and fresh thinking. Hong Kong represents the best current example of pragmatic compromise with the least "baggage" in my mind, but I am open to debate.
