hey sounds like my psy analysis is pretty accurate it makes me happy lol
its good to have more people like u who always have faith in their dreams and not give up when things seem unrealistic or impractical. n it actually relates to another psy term called "self-fulfilling prophecy". If they think they cant do it, they can never do; but if they think they can do it, they will be able to do it one day despite how hard it is". its not magic, its just how our psy affects our behavior.

That's one of mine! Has to have loads of pepper (as well as the sauce, smother the steak with crushed peppercorns before cooking - to the point where I usually end up choking and sneezing when cooking it!).

Others would be ebi katsu/ton katsu and ebi-fry curry.
