Any Blackberry users here?

Just wondering if anyone here uses a Blackberry?
What unit are you using?
Which service provider are you using?
What applications do you use?

I have service thru Hutch...has anyone else been having problems all weekend? I keep getting "no service" and dropping connections during calls and its taking 10-20 minutes before the signal re-establishes...and its really ticking me off!

I use the 8700G, my service provider is 3. No problems on the weekend.
Although it took me 3 trips to the customer service center in central before things got working properly.

I tried 3 Mobile few months ago; the experience was comparable with Vodaphone (slight lag in download of the email). All service providers had a very good support staff and good customer service (CSL was the best).

May be my view of customer service is distorted because I was in process of making a decision of signing a contract for 100+ subscribers based all over Asia through the provider in HK; hence I had an Account Manager to work with.

I'm using an 8700c and was wondering if anyone has had any luck with synching their BB with Thunderbird? I use a Mac mostly but could synch on the PC if needs be.
Has anyone had any experience with synching using PocketMac? I was going to try it with my HP 6300 but never got round to it as I lost the cradle!
