I'm looking to buy some Asian cookbooks (Chinese, Thai or Indian), but I'm having a difficult time choosing.
I definatly want a cookbook (not just a coffee table book) with "everyday" recipes that won't take all day to make or require a city wide search for ingredients.
Just wondering if anyone has any favorites that they would recommend?
