hi all,
do anyone know, how much does it cost to rent an furnished apartment with 2 rooms and kitchen in hk island ?

I've seen gohome.com, but all the agents is not friendly, easy to make appointment and the price always doesn't match. I hope i can find someone who want to rent her or his flat directly without agent, maybe that more reliable. Any suggestion ?

gohome has an auto update of advertisements, so even if the apartment is rented out or if the advertisement was put up like 3/6 mths ago, it will appear like its current.

so u can still call up the agents and check but don't expect gohome's info to be that accurate.

You can also look at centanet.com for listings from Centaline. Those listings are usually current and i've generally been happy with the quality of agents from Centaline.
