| If you have a fulltime job and your employer has no objection to you having a part-time job, then yes. What you will need is a letter from your main employer addressed to Immigration Dept, a letter from the company who wants to employ you on a part-time basis (also addressed to Immigration) and a letter from yourself to ask for permission to do so. Submit all paperwork to Immigration Dept and wait for their reply. Once they send you a letter permitting you to do so, then you are alright to start your part-time work. However, bear in mind you are allowed only ONE part-time job outside of your main employment. |

| The Cay, Thanks for reply ... Mind if I ask how do you obtain this info? Did you ask HK Immigration Dept or they have documented it somewhere I can reference? Thanks! Madsion |
