Hi, I have been accepted onto a graduate training scheme for a company in HK (I'm from UK) and I will be applying for a training visa. The training period is for at least 3 years. However, I've read that training visa is only valid for one year then have to return to country where came from. Is this true? Or would it be possible to renew the visa every year? Also, after that time would it be possible to change to a full employment visa? Thanks for your help.

u don't have to go back to UK to renew ur visa, ur sponsor just has to ask for an extend about 1 month before ur visa expires.
