Cheap Broadband and Cable

I'm leaving Hong Kong shortly and will need to disconnect my broadband (HKD 210 per month) and cable services (168 per month). PCCW will charge me a disconnection fee as I will only have served 9 months of an 18 month contract.

The only other option available is to transfer my contract to someone else. Is anyone interested? I can provide a list of channels in the cable package.

I am happy to reduce the overall cost by giving an upfront amount of cash.
