Alice: Tha's pity you feel that way. I think you should take JBest advice and join a smaller group first so you will feel more confident for bigger gathering.
Unless you are super shy, I don't think it is too difficult, people are really friendly on Geoexpat - just try again!

Hey thanks KIA and rani for organizing this party. it was awesome!! Me and my friends had so much fun. I think we should have make this monthly party haha and keep the 1 free drink and free snacks thingy of coz haha
the band wasnt too bad, or maybe i was drunk already. so i danced so crazily anyway haha
hey Alice, i understand that feeling. its a bit intimidating to meet so many new people. but it can be so fun to meet new friends if u just introduce yourself instead of standing there for 30mins to wait for someone to talk to you. haha its not about age at all. i look pretty young myself too haha but i still got to meet many cool friends. probably coz im too talkative haha.

now i still have a problem associating people's screen name to their faces haha its so funny that last nite when i introduced myself, someone said oh ur the one who posted many msg on geoexpat haha it made me laugh
