I'm thinking of moving to Sai Kung, and I've heard that some places can't get broadband TV and/or Internet because there aren't enough connections. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Also, do you know if it's possible to ring up PCCW , tell them the address and they will tell you if broadband is available?
Thanks, I am interested in broadband TV (not cable) as well as Internet, so I think PCCW is my best/only option? (I'm currently living in university accommodation that is connected to the university's Internet, so I haven't had to worry about that before). Not having broadband TV and Internet would be pretty much a deal breaker as far as I'm concerned!
Do be careful. PCCW do offer broadband packages everywhere BUT there are villages where they have run out of lines. So check frst. A friend of mine will get his broadband in July, but he has been waiting since February and his village is "covered" by PCCW.
