As my move date approaches, I am trying to decide what I need to sell. I'm coming from London, England. Does anyone know if my UK applicances will work in Hong Kong?

Yes they will. You won't even need to change the plugs.

But I wouldn't bring big kitchen appliances (fridge/freezer, washing macine, oven etc.) since, unless you are on a high-end package, you will be in accommodation with a significantly smaller kitchen than you are used to.
