 Any one in Cali fitness? Excuse me, I am interested to know more about the english style name of Group eXercise. [E.g. Body Combat / Balance / Step / Aerobics / Pilates /etc...] Is there any web site which could give me more information about that?  Thanks.  |

| California Fitness I am a member of CF (through 24 Fitness in the states)--visit their website www.californiafitness.com and click on Group eXercise on the left, you'll find a description of all the class types including those you mentioned. Been wanting to check out a class or two myself, but for now sticking to the treadmill... |
