Do you guys know any place on HK Island that offers "all-you-can-drink" on weekday and weekend?

You're not getting any replies so you could consider Eyes Bar in the Miramar Hotel on Kimberley Road/Nathan Road.

I went to an all-you-can-drink-for-2-hours-during-happy-hour (selected drinks list) in Wanchai, Champs Bar in Charterhouse Hotel. It cost $88 (+10%) and was pretty good. there is a 'decent' selection of drinks and its a sports bar so lots of different screens to watch whatever sport happens to be on at that time to chose from.

I'd go again.

i think there are a number of buffets in town that offer all you can drink ... ha ha .. i like the idea that buffets will start drawing crowds of people who only want to drink as much as they can ...
