| | | flatmate/flat wanted HK hi, I am a guy working in london now. and will be working in hk since mid june 2006.
I am very interested & serious in looking a flatmate AS i understand the flat in hk is generally small.
IF we share we can get a much larger flat with similar rental.better utilities etc...
i'm easy going, clean, not that kind of party animal so you can have a quiet sleep at night:-)
SO if you have interested pls leave me a message. thanks

| | | Interested too on roomate Hi, I'm a 26 yrs old guy moving to HK at the end of june, first days of July.
I'm from Argentina, working in Paris since 2002 in the mobile phone biz.
I'm interested on sharing a flat with someone, in a nice building with swimming pool and this stuff. Where are you looking exactly?? I'm more interested in the New Territories, Sha Tin for instance since it's cheaper, less crowded and near from my company than Kowloon or HK island.
IF you're interested, please reply and we'll get in touch.
Regards

| | | Hey omniaz -
Just a side Q - what do you work to have an opportunity to work in London and coming to HK? I am basically looking for the opposite (US -> London)

| | | Hey there Guys!
Suppose there's no room for a female, professional moving from London, Brazil and now Hong Kong? Non- smoker and I won't leave the toilet seat up.
I have no preference as my company has offices both in Time Square (Central) and near Kowloon, but I have been looking at some rather small apartments that are serviced overlooking the harbour since I am moving here officially in two weeks and really don't fancy a hotel lifestyle for too long. I want to have dinnerparties and live.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, if you're not gender phobic, let me know.

| | | Hi Ipanema,
Two weeks ago, when I was in HK, I've visited a building under construction that will be open in the begginings of july.
There are appartements of 696 Sq feet = 64 m2 with 3 bedrooms brand new for 11000 HKD. The place is near the river in Shatin central. 15 minutes to Kowloon.
I'm interested on sharing this kind of flat, brand new, swimming pool, etc etc Do you??
Regards

| | Hey Alan,
That sounds great and such good value for the space.. So how dod you get to hear about the place,is there a website or some promo materials that I can get a look at before? Number of rooms is important, how are you with friends coming to visit? Do you smoke?
Omniaz, why do you want to live in Central - will you be working long hours? As the best food can be located in Kowloon and it'a about 20mins on the MTR to get to Centrail. Anyway, if you are set on it there are some serviced aartments called the Grand Plaza, website: www.hanhlung.com by Quarry Bay. The location is great but the space is dire (700sq ft for 26K)
Ciao ,
Ipanema

| | | Well, as I've been in HK this month, I took some time to look for flats there. An agent showed me the offer, some pictures, etc and they said that they were still under construction till June. I have some document but it's all in chinese.... so I can only see some pictures.
I'll contact some people from my company to call the agency for more info. ok?
I think I'll not receive many visits since my country is more than 26 hours flight... and NO, I dont smoke. I like to go out, some outdoors, beach, sports and a good DVD when there's nothing to do.
When are you moving to hk? I think I'll be there on June 29th.
Regards
