We are looking for temporary sublet or flatmate because we will be out of Hong Kong for most of this year or so. Most of the time you will have the flat to yourself, and we will drop in using one of the bedrooms (three in total) every couple of months, or if you are planning to stay for a fixed time you can also have the flat completely to yourself for a time we could agree.
Or maybe you are also in Hong Kong on and off, then we can work out some way of sharing the time between us.
The total rent for the flat is HK$4500 a month plus bills, and what you should pay depends on the final type of usage arrangement we agree on.
