I noticed that the main brand of pain killer here is Panadol, its main ingredient being aceteminophin.

But what is the brand of ibuprofin that I would find in any pharmacy? In Canada, Advil was the big brand.

To get Ibuprofen you need to go to a pharmacy. Many Watsons and Mannings have pharmacy counters. You can find most of the main western brands including Nurofen and Advil. But the cheapest is simply generic ibuprofen. Mannings sell this in tubs of 84 * 400mg tablets for HK$84.
