| yes mr. Jay is correct. Excessive dosage of certain types of steriods like ones with pro hormone do cause cancel and liver damage. more mild ones like ANARVAR which is a half life steriod. side effects are minimal. BTW, can you get this stuff in HK? |

| I don't know how old bbcbape is, so I'm not sure if this advice is useful or not. But if you're still growing - ie; younger than 25 years old - and use HGH, they actually have the opposite effect. They clash with your natural growth hormones, and can cause your bones to shrink. If on the other hand, you've naturally stopped growing, instead they might cause you to turn into the elephant man, or grow a nice cancer (and this won't be "when you're 65!", it will be within a few years - the hormones feed the growth of any potential tumour and massively increase your chances of getting cancer). And there's always the liver and heart failure to contend with too (liver can't cope with excess intake, heart muscle might grow too large for its own good). Anyway, I don't understand why in the hell you'd want to look like a massive steroid enhanced freak. Most girls find it repulsive. If you want to look fit and muscular, just do the usual good diet and exercise, and maybe supplement with some protein and creatine (which just saturates your muscles with water, making them look much bigger, but only as a temporary and superficial effect). It won't make you into Schwarzenegger (thankfully) but you might end up with a Brad Pitt worthy body. |

and where exactly did you get this information from? the only truth is that if you already have cancer, then taking steroids is not a very good idea, cause it will make things worse. the "fact" that steroids/HGH cause cancer is a complete rubbish. |

| Well there's no such certainty that it will cause cancer but as for supplementing your workouts with HGH, there's no evidence that it will improve your athletic performance, and as far as making your muscles bigger, not everyone responds and results vary widely. Not only that, but the risks of taking HGH without medical supervision are similar to steroid abuse: severe facial and body acne, gynecomastia (you grow large breasts), premature balding, decreased high-density lipoprotein (the good fat), increased low-density lipoprotein (the fat that causes heart disease), increased total cholesterol, thrombolytic disorders, dependency like an addict, irritability, aggressiveness, kidney and liver dysfunction, liver tumors, testicular atrophy (your testicles shrink), decreased sperm count, pain when urinating, prostatitis, impotence (inability to get an erection), sterility (inability to have children), and premature closure of bone growth plates (which would stop your linear growth). But hey if people smoke to look cool, why not take drugs to think you'll be more buff. Just try not to procreate(fortunately good chance you won't be able to) so maybe in a few generations, we'll be better off than we are today |

| sure. everything depends on how you use it. name me one medicine that does not have side effects. instead of reading bullshit posted on the forums, I actually has taken it and have seen people using huge dosages of HGH. none of them dropped dead. Almost all side effects caused by steroids are reversable (I am talking about mature men, not women or teenagers) meaninig that after you stop taking them side effects go away. there are thousands, literally, thousands of competeing bodybuilders who use roids/GH. ....where are the thousands of dead bodies then? Human growth hormone is supposed to stimulate growth (it's naturally occurring during puberty and sleep), and I guess you could define the effects of growth as permanent. That's not strictly a side effect though, as that's its purpose, but it stimulates both good growth and bad (got a tumour? Yippee, super growth!). However, HGH does have documented side effects - diabetes is the most common. Quote:
Similarly, the WWE has had many infamous wrestler deaths, linked directly to steroids, both long term damage and overdosing. Anabolic steroid abuse leads to liver failure which is pretty damn fatal. Basically; diabetes, depression, man boobs, liver failure, Elephantiasis, heart attack - those are the common ones. If you're not participating in sports though, and they're legal in your country (HGH is illegal in many countries, as are steroids in some), I don't care too much if you use them or not, I'm not going to badger you anymore about it. They don't really have any great benefits other than helping you grow into a freaky hulk and damage your organs. Only other men with similar interests will find it vaguely attractive. It's win-win for the rest of the gene pool. |

| I can understand a guy taking drugs to win an olympic medal or to get into the national felons league, that's like worth a few million dollars in most cases but to risk your gonads to look good in front of a mirror??? Give me a break...how desperate is that? |
