How does that work - I've vaguely heard that all standard drinks are free at Stormies whilst the #8 or higher is hoisted. Is this true? Has anyone actually been there and partaken?

Have been tracking it already since its formation ^_^ You may need this for checking the rainbands closing in to HK http://www.weather.gov.hk/wxinfo/radars/radar.htm
