Toilet spray

Hum... to tell you the truth, I don't really know how it is call, but I'm looking for the devise that exist in some toilet which serve to clean your butt.

I find it to be very hygienic, much more than toilet paper, and I know that in some culture, they only use this, but I have never been able to find one. I'll like to be able to install it myself if possible (one that I could take away with me once I'll move, so that mean that it shouldn't necessitate to do much hardwork).

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sylvieng, the url you posted shows the device taking its water from the cistern which is not the cleanest of places (take a look in yours). It certainly is not what I would call fresh.

Remember that Hong Kong is unique in that there are two separate water supplies. The water supply used for flushing toilets is basically sea water, whereas for a bidet you would want to connect it to the tap water supply. In general you will not have pipes carrying tap water running to where your toilet is, so it is really quite a major task to install a bidet here.

Unless you own the place and are redoing the plumbing.

Thanks for your feedback. I didn't think of it, but it's ok since it seems that it cas also be "plug" in to tab water.

Less sure that 'll be able to do it myself though, but I'm sure that my husband will find a way ;-)
