I wonder if the prices for brands like LV, Gucci are any cheaper than European markets. I 've been told that Hk is cheaper than Europe but have no idea regarding the luxury brands....

Also, are there any local designers worth to mention for menswear?

luxury stuff are more expensives than Athens or Paris.

But to my eyes, getting a suit made for you, just for you, beeing a unique piece for 300 eyroudakia, IS luxury.

Lots of differents shops here (it is also true that athens have very few...), with a very wide price range.

I don't think that LV and Gucci (European brands) selling in HK would be cheaper than in Europe. Of course, if comparing the price of luxury goods in HK and other Asian countries (especially China), HK should be cheaper.

A gross generalisation but boutique brand products are higher in HK than in Europe. Boutique stores are everywhere here and the market for boutique brands is quite large given the population so when they have sales here they have huge discounts. But still not as great as the disounts in a place like London.
