Cooking Classes

Has anyone done cooking classes for asian food in Hong Kong? I know of a few that operate in the day, however I am searching for ones operating on weekends or after work. Or does anyone one know of private cooking tutors?

did you go?

I wondered if any of you had any experience with these classes?

Would love to hear your recommendation.

I found one called Martha Sherpa's cooking school at www.cookery.com.hk.

Looks pretty good and I think is reasonably flexible, has morning classes and evening classes. I am going this week to check it out.

Hi

I have been to Martha Sherpa's classes in Mong Kong a couple of times now and they are great. She speaks good English and for one class of 3 hours it costs $250 which includes all the ingredients and you get to take home the food you have cooked.

Apparently there is another really good one in Wanchai called Six Senses - and looking at their website www.s6nses.com it does look great although I'm not sure it is as authentic as Martha Sherpa's.

Happy cooking
