![]() I'm looking for a partner to train with me in self defence Tai Chi. I'm looking for some one who is very flexible in time and don't mind going to Victoria Park or Sheung Wan to train. I know some of you might think that Tai Chi is very slow, well this type is not slow at all!!! its great for women who think that they are small and won't be able to defend themselves if attacked by a much stronger person. This will show you otherwise. anyone intersted let me know. I'm 5ft2in and 47kg. Yani PS I'm just a beginner, so don't feel you need to have any experience |

| Females only? Some martial arts schools tell you to train with the opposite sex in order to understand the soft and hard side of the art. Your weight and length should not matter that much as you are supposed to use yr opponent's force as yr defense system. But yeah, start with a small idea. |

| Yeah VonDutch, you're right. I took a self defense course that was a combination of karate and jujitsu a few years ago, and my partners were almost always girls. Chances are if you're gonna be defending yourself, it's going to be from a man |
