There is one french library in Central (prince building if I am not worng)

"Parenthese" French Library owned by a Swiss couple opposite California club (down Lan Kwai Fong).

"Alliance Francaise" in Wanchai (opposite to the playground on Hennesy road) and Yau Ma Tei.

Most "Delifrance" got one or more French newspapers.
