I just moved to Hong Kong. My wife and 3.5 year kid will join me in a month or so.

My office is right now in Industrial estate in Kawloon and is likely to move to Science park. I am also in search of flat and International schooling to my kid. My first preference is find a school for my son, then take a flat which is
1) very close to the school
2) located such that it takes half an hour by train/bus to my new office.
3) Budget is between 8 to 10K HK dollars per month.

Any suggestions to find the flat which suits this requirement?

If you want your kid to be taught in English, you're probably going to be looking at one of the ESF Kindergardens or one of the private ones.

I am an Indian and would stay here for a couple of years first and a couple of years futher if I am happy living here. Thus I want to admit to English medium schools so that it becomes easier when I go back to India.

I know there are only 2 or 3 ESFs for kindergarden education around NT, Kawloon areas. Among the non-ESF English medium schools which are the best schools? have seen the internet sites and found lot of them but difficult to decide which is good. Just name 3 or 4 of the tops.

Note that I want to find a living place close to the school and also it needs to be not very far off from Science Park -> Not more than half an hour's travel by bus/train. SOme of them recommended Typoo is a good area to stay. Is it correct?

you could try clearwater bay or sai kung they have some esf good schools and you can get an apartment for 5-6ktravel time wil be around 25 inutes to kowloon
